Service Scope
At Watch Sphere Shop, we are committed to facilitating seamless transportation and providing comprehensive ancillary services. Operating under the name Watch Sphere Shop, we act as a shipper’s agent, specializing in coordinating transportation logistics and offering additional services such as U.S. export filing services and billing solutions.
Additionally, upon request, Watch Sphere Shop may include customers’ goods under an insurance policy issued to us, ensuring coverage for valuable items. Watch Sphere Shop is not an insurance company, customs broker, or air carrier.
By utilizing Watch Sphere Shop’s services, customers acknowledge and agree to these Seller Terms and Conditions. Compliance with these terms is required for goods to be eligible for insurance coverage.
Relationship to General Terms & Conditions
These Seller Terms and Conditions supplement Watch Sphere Shop’s General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict, these Seller Terms and Conditions control for Sellers.
For non-Seller matters, the General Terms and Conditions prevail.
These Seller Terms and Conditions do not apply to non-Seller customers.
Seller means any individual or entity that engages Watch Sphere Shop to sell or offer products, whether or not a transaction is completed.
Authorization to Sell
By selling any watch to Watch Sphere Shop, the Seller represents and warrants:
Ownership – Seller is the lawful owner and holds clear title.
Right to Sell – Seller has full authority to transfer ownership.
Authenticity – The watch is a genuine product of the stated brand.
Watch Sphere Shop relies on these representations. If any are false or inaccurate:
Refund – Seller must promptly refund all monies paid.
Return – Upon refund, Watch Sphere Shop will return the watch to the Seller.
Engaged Transportation Carriers Policy
By using Watch Sphere Shop, you authorize us to select and engage transportation carriers and vendors on your behalf.
Carrier Liability Limits – Carriers may limit liability under their contracts.
Increased Liability – Any increase must be arranged through Watch Sphere Shop.
Direct Declarations – Declaring value directly to a carrier does not increase liability.
Insurance Protection
Watch Sphere Shop offers insurance coverage under its Insurance Policy as an alternative to carrier liability limits.
If your instructions conflict with Watch Sphere Shop’s carrier agreements, our agreements prevail.
Coverage Details for Watch Sphere Shop
5.1 Named Insured & Eligibility
Watch Sphere Shop is the sole named insured.
Coverage eligibility is determined solely by Watch Sphere Shop.
5.2 Insurance Policy Summary
Covered Commodities – Jewelry, timepieces, precious metals, gemstones, or other lawful goods with prior written approval.
Valuation – Goods must be insured for selling price or actual cash or replacement value.
Limit of Liability – Coverage is capped at the insured value stated.
Signature Requirement – Adult signature required; waived signatures void coverage.
Duration – Coverage begins upon tender to Watch Sphere Shop or carrier and ends upon delivery or fourteen (14) days, whichever occurs first.
Exclusions – Includes seizure, war risks (domestic U.S.), radioactive contamination, and mechanical or electronic derangement.
Fraud Coverage – Limited to $10,000 per calendar year, subject to conditions.
Claim Reporting & Dispute Process
Claims must be reported immediately in writing upon discovery.
The Insurance Underwriter has exclusive authority over coverage determinations.
Disputes with the underwriter are resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Shipping Guidelines & Coverage Requirements
To maintain insurance eligibility, all of the following must be met:
Recipient must inspect shipment at delivery and report issues immediately.
All shipments must be double boxed using new packaging.
Shipment details must be reported to Watch Sphere Shop the same day of shipping.
Do not declare value with the carrier unless authorized in writing.
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Responsibility of Watch Sphere Shop
Watch Sphere Shop acts solely as a shipper’s agent.
Liability for negligence is limited to $50 per shipment.
If goods are in custody, liability is capped at $100 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared in writing.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under U.S. law.
Class, collective, or consolidated actions are not permitted.
Comprehensive Agreement & Modifications
These Seller Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Watch Sphere Shop.
By tendering goods, you affirm you have authority to bind all relevant parties.
Watch Sphere Shop reserves the right to amend these Seller Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Preliminary Purchase Estimate
As a valued customer of Watch Sphere Shop, you acknowledge and understand that any initial purchase offer estimate provided by Watch Sphere Shop is preliminary only. This estimate is based on comparative analysis of similar watches recently transacted and is subject to market fluctuations without prior notice.
The initial estimate represents the maximum potential purchase value, provided that:
The watch is in saleable condition and requires no repairs or services beyond those listed below to restore it to a “like-new” state.
The watch includes its original box, papers, and all bracelet links.
Watch Sphere Shop uses only genuine factory Rolex parts where applicable, which may result in higher service costs. These costs are considered when determining the final purchase offer. Due to transaction volume, Watch Sphere Shop may obtain repairs at rates lower than standard retail pricing.
2. Final Offer and Return Policy
If you choose not to accept the final firm purchase offer, you are under no obligation to sell your watch. Any watch not purchased will be promptly returned to you.
Please note:
Many watches, particularly those over five (5) years old, may require restoration.
Inaccurate or incomplete descriptions—including missing or incorrect model or serial numbers—may materially affect the final offer.
All watches not purchased will be returned via FedEx 2-Day or USPS shipping.
3. Potential Deductions
Deductions from the initial estimate may include, but are not limited to:
Movement service or overhaul
Buffing and polishing
Crystal replacement
Missing original box or papers
Missing bracelet links
Replacement strap or buckle
Replacement bezel, bezel insert, dial (face), end links, or similar components
Replacement crown or tube
Replacement movement parts
Rust, corrosion, or water damage
Replacement of non-original or aftermarket parts with genuine factory parts
Watch prices and values may fluctuate rapidly. Watch Sphere Shop is not obligated to purchase any watch at a specific value, regardless of prior estimates or original purchase price.
4. Use of Website
Watch Sphere Shop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to view and download materials from this website (the “Site”), provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
You may not:
Modify site materials
Reproduce, distribute, display, or use materials for commercial purposes
